There was a four-vehicle accident on Friday morning (January 17, 2014) on northbound I-294 in Alsip, Illinois.

A red Hyundai entering northbound I-294 from South Cicero Avenue lost control, spun out and struck a semi about 7 a.m., Illinois State Police Master Sgt. Carlita Joe said.

That semi veered, and struck another semi traveling north, Joe said. After the second semi was hit, it flipped over and struck a third semi parked on the right shoulder.
