Two buses collided Monday (November 12, 2018) night on Chicago’s Far South Side. The collision involved a Pace bus and a CTA bus. As a result of this bus crash, ten people were injured, including one person who was critically injured.

About 9:10 p.m., a Pace bus was turning south onto Woodlawn Avenue when it crashed into an eastbound CTA No. 3 bus in the 1500 block of East 103rd Street, according to Chicago police, Chicago Fire Media Affairs and spokespeople for the transit agencies.
The crash involved one bus “rear-ending” the other bus.
The people injured were taken to University of Chicago Medical Center and Roseland Community Hospital for treatment of their accident injuries.
This bus accident remains under investigation by the Chicago Police Department Major Accident Investigation Unit.
