Yesterday, July 9, a man died and two passengers were injured in the course of an SUV rollover accident on the Bishop Ford Freeway .
The man killed has been identified as James Parson, 48, of Chicago.
The SUV rolled over seven or eight times during the course of the accident, which occurred on the westbound Sibley Blvd. ramp from easbound I80/94.
Parson was reported to have been ejected from the vehicle during the accident; he died at the accident scene. Two female passengers were injured during the accident; one had to be extracted from the vehicle.

Illinois State Police had received multiple calls about 3 a.m. of a vehicle speeding on the eastbound Bishop Ford with a missing tire and sparks flying from the rim. Alcohol was a factor in the crash, police said.
