Last evening (May 24) a man died during an automobile accident on the Kennedy Expressway (Interstate 90/94) after he lost control of his SUV and it rolled over.
The accident happened just south of the Montrose Avenue exit.
The driver of the SUV has been identified as Sean A. Mitchell, 26, of Morton Grove, Illinois.
According to reports, the SUV was heading north on the Kennedy at approximately 10 p.m. and was merging right at a high rate of speed when Mitchell lost control of the vehicle. The SUV then hit a guardrail, and rolled over. Mitchell was ejected from the SUV during the accident. He was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
