There was an early-morning car accident in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood (Northwest side) today that injured five people.
According to the Chicago Police Department, the accident happened at approximately 12:30 a.m., near the intersection of Division and Ashland, in the 1600 block of West Division Street.
According to Chicago Police, a car, which was missing a tire and riding on its rim, ran a red light and hit a taxi broadside.
The car’s driver and its four passengers were taken to hospitals in serious-to-critical condition, according to the Chicago Fire Department.
