Man Dies After Chicago Bicycling Accident

There was a Chicago bicycle accident on Monday afternoon (August 4, 2014) which has led to the death of the bicyclist.

According to Chicago Police, the bicyclist was struck near Archer Avenue and Lawndale Avenue by a truck at approximately 3:05 p.m.


Details on the accident and its causes appear limited at this time.

The bicyclist, identified as a 55-year-old man, died Thursday afternoon.

The accident remains under investigation.
