There was a fatal car crash today (January 25, 2014) in Aurora, Illinois.
This crash occurred at approximately 12:30 p.m., when an 81-year-old woman driving a 2006 Honda Civic north on Eola Road attempted to make a left-hand turn onto Bilter Road. As she attempted to do so, she collided with a 2014 Acura SUV that was heading in the opposite direction (south.)
The impact of this vehicle collision caused the SUV to hit a Honda Odyssey minivan that was stopped on Bilter.

The two occupants of the Acura SUV, a 39-year-old and his 7-year old daugter, were treated for their injuries at the accident scene.
