There was an early-morning Interstate 57 (I-57) rollover accident involving a SUV.
The accident involved a Chevy Suburban which was traveling on southbound I-57. At approximately 12:20 a.m., the driver lost control of the vehicle. The SUV then went up an embankment, then flipped over and landed on its roof.
It is being reported that 11 people were injured during the accident, involving nine children.
