A man has died this morning following a Thursday night accident on the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) near the O’Hare Oasis.
The man has been identified as Andrew Lam, 50. He was pronounced dead at 4:06 a.m. by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office, at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
This Tri-State Tollway vehicle accident happened as Lam was driving northbound Thursday night at approximately 11:50 p.m., when the van he was driving was “rear-ended” by a SUV.
