There was a three-vehicle collision involving a Pace van on Chicago’s Southwest Side Friday (June 14) afternoon, in which thirteen people were injured. The accident happened at West 76th Street and South Pulaski Road, according to the Chicago Fire Department.
The accident happened as the Pace van was heading northbound on Pulaski at approximately 4:15 p.m., when it was involved in a “head-on” collision with a vehicle traveling southbound.
Of those injured in the accident, nine were taken to local hospitals. According to the Chicago Fire Department, one person was in serious-to-critical condition, and eight others had non-life-threatening injuries.
